eBay is withholding my money improperly
I made a sale in which Ebay is withholding my money arbitrarily, even though I’ve been registered for more than 20 years and have a history with not a single claim; the thing is that I sent the product via TNT agency, with a label bought on Ebay itself, because Ebay puts the tracking number linked to Correos and nothing shows up there, the shipment has been delivered by TNT to the buyer but to Ebay, which is still insisting on Correos, when they know perfectly well that I sent it by TNT, "it doesn’t show up" they tell me that the maximum receipt deadline by the buyer is the 22nd and that they will withhold my money until that day or later if they can’t verify delivery, something they seem not going to do because no matter how much I tell them that I sent it by TNT, that I bought the shipping label on Ebay, there is no way for them to listen to me, I think what they want is to keep my money indefinitely, this has happened to other sellers, Ebay has become a scam for sellers, you have to be very careful, they try to keep sellers’ money by claiming anything they can think of, I’m posting this to warn potential sellers, as for me I’ll sort it out with a complaint, let’s see if they understand it that way.
