Micropayment incident on eBay
Hello, good afternoon.
As the title says, I have a problem receiving the second micropayment for verifying my bank account from Ebay; I received the first one this past January 16th and I haven't received the second one, apart from the fact that Ebay is asking me to verify my bank account before February 4th in order to be able to collect payment for a product I have sold.
Does anyone know if it could be an Ebay error, if I have to wait more days or something else? It seems strange to me since they usually say it takes 2-3 business days to receive the micropayments and I'm still waiting.
Just to be clear, obviously I have checked all the dates in January and I haven't received another micropayment on any other day or anything.

Normally, micro payments arrive together and not separately. If you're sure you haven't missed one by mistake, then get in touch with us and we'll be able to take a look to help you sort it out.
