NEW POLICY: Sell even more thanks to international sales!!!

Hi, most of my buyers are from the USA (followed by Germany and Japan), so I sell on eBay.com instead of on eBay.es.

Now there is a new policy that could be beneficial, right?

If I post an item on eBay.es I pay less fees per item sold than if I do it on eBay.com (USA), but I keep the same title in English (it doesn't get translated) and still have the same international visibility?
