Good afternoon, this is the second time it has happened to me that Packlink sends me a message saying there are differences between the measurements and weights of the package I sent. I measure the package perfectly and weigh it carefully.
The first time I paid thinking there could be a small difference and I assumed an error that I am sure did not happen. Since then I weigh it and measure it precisely. But now, without giving me any details about what the mistakes were or the difference between what they measured or weighed and what was declared, they are asking me to pay an extra 28.42 € !!!!!!!!!
I think this is a scam and I have reported it to the Police, and I am sharing it with eBay users so they are careful with Packlink's behavior.
