Hi, I bought an item from Germany from Spain. The listing was for Germany, but the seller told me he could send it to Spain for 14.49 euros. I won the auction but I can't make the payment because I get the following message:
Unfortunately, this seller does not ship the item to Catalonia (Spain). You have several options:
- Update your shipping address and try again.
Contact the seller to request the order total.
What ways does the seller have to fix it?
I've spoken with him and his suggestion is to pay with paypal, but that doesn't seem like the solution to me, he should be able to send me a price for the auction plus shipping even though the bidding has ended. Or isn't that so?
