Undelivered order and they won't refund my money.
I feel cheated. In July I placed an order of around 300 euros, with the confirmed delivery date for July 21-28. It didn't arrive on time. They tried to deliver in August but I was already away. In September I came back and found that UPS had already sent the package for destruction, Ebay won't take responsibility for anything, and they won't refund my money. I've filed several complaints and appeals and nothing. So I made a purchase, they didn't deliver the product, and they won't refund my money. A downright theft.
I'm going to find out how to report it to Consumer Affairs or directly to the police; this can't be legal. Scammers!
