Why won’t you give me back the VAT?
I have paid VAT twice, at checkout and on delivery, and eBay tells me I only have 90 days to claim it back. Why won’t you refund the VAT? It doesn’t make any sense… can someone help me with this, or should I request it through consumer affairs or European organizations? Thanks!
