Seller cancels order after paying for item offer
Hello! My situation is that after the seller made the offer and I made the counteroffer, the seller accepts and the payment proceeds normally. After making the payment, after 1 hour, the seller cancels the order. I have asked him on several occasions for the reason and he has given me all these excuses:
* The address is not correct (the address is completely correct since I have received many packages from different parts of the world)
* That the total shipping amount has not been paid, which according to that person is €2 more than what the checkout basket indicates. (A screenshot of the payment is attached with the total amount shown to me by the shopping basket)
* That the shipping service from Germany is not going to accept the shipment due to some conditions I don't know (From Germany they have sent me things with all kinds of shipping costs)
* That Ebay Germany does not consider his address valid (I don't even know what he is referring to)
* That it won't let him print the shipping details from EBAY (I have already told him that if that is the case, then he has the problem with everyone and not just me, that he can't sell anything and he hasn't replied anymore)
I have already told him that if he doesn't want to send me the item, he should tell me, that he shouldn't make excuses, because he accepted the offer and the shipping of the product, but he canceled it with excuses and he still has the items for sale on Ebay without any problem.
I hope Ebay contacts me to give him the seller's details so that just as they force us to buy items, they tell the seller whatever they have to say for making offers that aren't fulfilled and are canceled without reason
Regards

Hello, @serrub2. Thanks for your message.
We're very sorry to hear about this, but yes, you're right. Once the seller accepts an offer or a buyer wins an auction, the seller has to complete the transaction.
If you think your transaction was canceled for an invalid reason, you can report the seller here so we can investigate it and take whatever action we consider necessary.
Best regards,
Marco.
