Spontaneous creation of another profile
Hello, yesterday I signed up on ebay to buy an item from Italy. Everything was fine until I downloaded the app. There it tells me that the password is incorrect (I don’t remember if it might have been my mistake when entering it) and it won’t let me go any further. My surprise is that, when I log in on the website, my profile has changed; it’s another one with a new pseudonym, it speaks to me in Italian, it places me in Italy, the completed transaction doesn’t appear, and it tells me that my account has been suspended (all in Italian). After uninstalling the app, I’ve been able to access the website with my real profile, but I don’t know what may have happened to the spontaneously generated Italian profile. Does anyone know what might have happened? Regards
