Ebay departments
Which department can we Ebay customers (buyers or sellers) go to to complain about the actions of Ebay itself, or of a specific Ebay employee, in a particular case? In other words, I’m asking who to turn to, within Ebay, when Customer Service fails.
I suppose such a supervisory department exists, but no one wants to tell me how to contact it directly. The thing is, I think I’ve discovered one or two scammers INSIDE Ebay.
FYI, I’ve been buying on Ebay for 18 years, I’m loyal to this company and I intend to keep being so.
