Scammed on eBay
This user has scammed me, they have many positive votes but they are all lies. They keep telling you that the package has been shipped when that is a lie and they send certified letters to remote places so that the package appears as delivered. In the messages with him on the Ebay platform you can see the messages but Ebay does not give me a solution to this scam.
report this seller and do not buy anything from him.
