I received a counterfeit perfume, I sent proof and everything, they say I have to send the perfume, but the buyer says that he can't send a return shipping label, so I would have to buy it myself and it's expensive, I don't know if they'll return it to me after that, nothing is clear to me, now the seller offers me a partial payment, I accepted it so as not to lose everything, but he tells me that I must first close the return in order to agree on the amount, I don't know whether to do it, I obviously don't trust him, he scammed me, I ask that someone who knows about the issue help me.

If you accept a partial refund, the return will be closed, so if what you want is a full refund, don’t accept the partial refund. Also, don’t close the return until you have a refund or a replacement to your satisfaction in hand.
If you have already opened the return and you opened it under the reason "defective" or "different from what was described in the original listing" then the seller is obligated to give you either the return label or the funds necessary to return the item via PayPal, and you should not return the item on your own or pay for the return yourself, since it is not your responsibility; in this case it is the seller’s. If more than 3 business days have already passed since you opened the issue, and the seller still has not taken responsibility for the return, you can ask us for help so we can step in on the case and help you resolve it.
You can also report the seller here for trying to get you to close the case; once reported, we’ll be able to investigate it and take the appropriate actions.

·3 years agoHi, buying perfumes on this page is extremely dangerous, your seller is an expert scammer, if you close the claim, he will not contact you again for a deal, he will keep the money, and through eBay everything will seem fine.
Once the claim is closed you will not be able to reopen it.
My advice:
Tell your scammer that, if he doesn’t want a tomato on his profile for fraud, first he has to return ALL the money, NOT just part of it.
