I reported to EBAY that they were scamming me, but in the chat (Customer Service Chat Transcript - SR# 1-474626550642) they told me I had to wait until March 11, the maximum delivery date for the package, I did so and to my surprise it appeared that the package that was supposed to be delivered by POSTNL now said shipped on March 10 and !! DELIVERED ON FEBRUARY 7!! For God's sake, how can they deliver it a month before sending it. Ebay is scamming me because they had to refund my money, I sent them the evidence and (a machine I suppose) is the one that replies that it is not applicable. EBAY THIEVES SCAMMERS

One solution would be for the employees here who reply to use their ability as such and escalate the problem to people, sidestepping anything that are programmed bots, and not do copy/paste, which any user would be able to put in.

The bot only checked that it was delivered; it isn't trained to verify that the delivery date is earlier than the shipping date, and the seller probably knew that.

Exactly, this is the demonstration that artificial intelligence can only surpass human intelligence in calculation speed.

Ebay uses that artificial one successfully, programming it to save on payroll and on the impossibility of letting the money in come out.

Scammers use human intelligence to fool that artificial one.

Both are getting the maximum benefit.

After all, it is human intelligence that created artificial intelligence; surpassing the mother of all intelligences is not possible.
