For customs control.
Hello, I'm waiting for a package that has been at "Departure from inward office of exchange" from Spain (I understand that in Customs) since March 3. Is that normal? How can I know if everything is correct? Is there somewhere I can call?

·2 years agoIf you have a tracking number, once it enters Spain you can check its status in Correos tracking and, to make sure it doesn't have any pending import charges or VAT due, take a look at correosaduanas.es
I usually get ahead of it just in case. It's not the first time I've waited and it ends up sitting there for over a week while they sort things out. Since now they charge me for 9 out of every 10 packages I receive (before the EU rule I sometimes didn't pay more than 1 every so often), I'd rather get these things sorted out as soon as possible.
