CORREOS SPAIN, INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS AND RATES
Since the beginning of the year, Correos has excluded certain countries that are even in the European Union, such as Malta or Cyprus, from the "EUROPA, zone1 " area and now considers them zone 2 destinations for registered letters and parcels.
So when will Ebay, if it ever plans to do it? going to offer the possibility of adjusting shipping costs from the main logistics operators?
It is well known that they do not charge us the same if we send to Finland as to Armenia, New Zealand or Bosnia...
the list of destinations that Ebay offers is very short and they should make a little more effort to keep this kind of thing up to date .... and not so much purely "aesthetic" change (I mean the seller panel) or its wonderful discount promotions, or the useless ad promotion rates...
I can't even offer specific prices for big markets like Italy...
Logistics operators are breaking up what used to be broader geographical zones... so sellers have to raise shipping costs to make up for it and as a result, everything is more expensive and, of course... we sell less and it is less and less profitable to sell here. Regards.

·1 year agoAnd mind you, I’m new here and I’m handling selling some items, and Ebay’s fees are straight-up usury, so they could have an integrated shipping calculator for different countries since Correos, being basically the worst possible shipping company out there, isn’t able to give you fixed prices for EU countries.

·2 years agoWhat eBay should do is handle the shipping themselves like Wallapop does, instead of leaving the rest of us to fend for ourselves, that's why it's doing so badly—they're eating its lunch

OP2 years agoThat's why Wallapop doesn't make a profit; they multiplied their losses by 5 in 2022, and for Ebay the income statement comes out heavily in the black, because this is still a business after all, and if they just got their act together on three little things I'd be over the moon... but that would be like seeing it rain upwards. Since I've been here, things have been getting worse and worse: invoices, combined purchases that can't be done from the mobile, what I mentioned above.... anyway, a disaster.
