I lost my sale Order No. order 07-10880-72475
1 .- The young lady bought some earrings through eBay, who canceled the purchase instantly and asked for her money back, why did eBay overcharge her?
2 .- I did not want to lose the sale and I promised to give her a Peruvian flute, if she reconsidered the order.
3.- the young lady reconsidered the order.
4,- SERPOST PERU sent EMS requests the following documents for export, a document number issued by the US, Personal Identification Number or a driver's license number or passport number, any of those documents.
5 ,- DHL, FEDEX, UPS AND OTHERS: requests the following documents for export, a document number issued by the US, Personal Identification Number or a driver's license number or passport number, any of those documents.(OFFICIALS DO NOT AGREE ON WHETHER THIS DOCUMENT IS REQUESTED OR NOT IN DHL, FEDEX AND OTHERS) IN THE END IT IS REQUESTED.

7.- The young lady at all times refused to provide the requested data, stating that eBay should provide them to me and eBay has that data.
8.- Three days of communicating and we did not get anywhere, only to the refusal to provide data that prevent me from exporting from Peru to the US and for the customer to enjoy her Gold Earrings and this with its emerald stones and a magnificent gift, which I proposed so as not to lose the sale - a zampoña flute from the Peruvian Andes.
9.- I could not complete the sale, why? eBay protects data for Peruvian sellers and I got a bad rating from the buyer.
10.- I have been a buyer on eBay for more than 9 years, on this account and on another account, my sellers never wrote to me to request data protected by eBay, they never asked me for a DNI number, LANDLINE OR MOBILE PHONE AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
I regret that Ebay's policy is fostering xenophobia toward Peruvian sellers, who do not compete on equal terms with sellers from other countries, where they do provide data to them, which we Peruvian sellers do not get to facilitate export.
I LOST A SALE, MONEY THAT WOULD HAVE HELPED ME A LOT, NOW THAT MY COUNTRY IS IN A DEEP CRISIS.
I REGRET THAT EBAY'S POLICY IS ONE OF DISCRIMINATION AND XENOPHOBIA TOWARD PERUVIAN SELLERS.
