Shipping to Greece
Hello!!! Good day to everyone, forgive the question I’m asking, let’s say I still don’t have enough knowledge selling on the eBay platform, that’s why I’m posting my doubt here, has anyone had it happen that they have a product for sale on eBay and someone buys it from another country (Greece) but when going to the Packlink page to generate the shipping label it doesn’t recognize the postal code of the city where the shipment has to be made? What should I do in this case apart from canceling the order for the customer, since I don’t even see the possibility of changing to some parcel company that can make that shipment, I’m attaching an image, sorry if I’m not making myself understood at first, I’ve only been using the platform for a few months.
