Ebay seems like a very complicated platform to understand. Its interface isn't user-friendly, and you can't easily find things like the option to edit international shipments.
I've been selling here for about 9 years, more or less, and the truth is that it's getting a little worse every time... and Ebay doesn't adapt and has no clue about anything... they could at least ask the sellers, but they don't even send surveys anymore.
Now with the recent changes regarding certified letters (you can't use certified mail to send goods, only paq ligth), setting up international shipping costs is an epic ordeal) and Ebay doing its own thing, they will raise commissions for sellers, close more shops and this decline will continue...
