I’ve been scammed and Ebay deleted the negative review I left for the seller
I was scammed by a seller who posted images that had absolutely nothing to do with the items he was shipping. After complaining and filing a claim, I left negative feedback for the purchase and added an explanation to warn other buyers, but eBay has removed the negative vote. The issue is that I lost money (92 euros in customs duties), because nobody covers those costs when you return the item.
The seller in question has many negative reviews for deceiving buyers, so it is clear this is not an isolated case, but eBay does absolutely nothing.
I wrote to eBay asking for an explanation and they have not even bothered to reply. Why does eBay allow this? If they know that a seller is constantly scamming buyers, why do they do nothing and let him keep selling? Is this normal?

Yo como vendedor he sido presa de un estafador, que pululan en esta página, no pude elegir al cliente, fue él que me eligió y tampoco pude votarlo negativo.
A ebay no gustan los tomates visibles sobre los perfiles sea vendedores sea compradores, es toda una cuestión de imagen por esta página.
Ebay tiene que resultar una página creíble, por quien entra por la primera vez.

·2 years agoAunque no sea la cuestion que yo he planteado. A los compradores si se les puede poner votos negativos, si no ultiman la transaccion...Lo que yo digo es que a muchos vendedores les quitan los votos negativos porque a Ebay le interesa vendedores de confianza (para ellos claro) Y a alguno de ellos se los quitan al segundo ES INSTANTANEO.!! POR LO TANTO YO NO VOY A DEJAR UN VOTO MAS.
