Can i resell and item that i bought from ebay?

Bought with the idea of reselling the item but once the package arrived i got this message

"These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations."

By the way im from spain and bought the item from an US vendor...

Tu vende lo que quieras pero ten cuidado si es una marca reconocida porque podría ser que tengas problemas con ebay.
La fotos que sean tuyas y no copiadas de Internet

venía en una hoja dentro del paquete, por eso, que raro que no me den la potestad de hacer lo que quiera con lo que es mío..

Con lo que es tuyo puedes hacer lo que quieras pero con la marca no y hay algunas que aplican restricción a las reventa por internet.
No se que marca es pero ten cuidado con ebay
