GANE UNA PUJA DE UN TELEFONO QUE ERA DE 145 € CON PORTES GRATIS.

AHORA ME LLEGA MI COMPRA Y ME PIDEN 30,32 € DE CONCEPTO DE ADUANA, Y QUIERO SABER DONDE Y COMO RECLAMAR MI DINERO. YA QUE NO SE AVISA EN NINGUN SITIO QUE LOS COSTES DE ADUANA LOS TUBIERA QUE PAGAR APARTE

Los gastos de Aduana corren a cargo del COMPRADOR.

La Aduana te cobrará el IVA + Aranceles + gestión del despacho de Aduanas.

Pagas por un producto que entra en nuestro país 🙂

Dudo mucho que el vendedor te vaya a devolver el dinero.

No te confundas porque son cosas diferentes...

Tú has pagado al vendedor por que te mande el artículo a tu casa. Y él ya ha cumplido.

Quien te reclama ahora es la Agencia Tributaria el correspondiente IVA. El vendedor no tiene ni idea de los impuestos que pagas tú en tu país, eso es responsabilidad tuya.

Lo siento, pero al único que puedes reclamar lo de la aduana es a Hacienda. Cualquier cosa que compres fuera de la UE tiene ese peligro.

No avisa que los gastos de aduanas es aparte ??

Si que lo avisa pero tu no lo leíste. Y aunque no lo avise nadie, la aduana es tu responsabilidad nadie te la va al pagar.

No puedes reclamar nada te corresponde al ti este gasto.
