why is my account spanish?

ebay strives to be perfect, but it is not for me,

i tried speaking to a ebay official before , he did not have a answer other than its because i made my ebay account in spain years ago.

as a result i often get taken to ebay.es , it always translates pages back and from spanish to english.

all of this sounds not that bad right?

trouble is if i sell anything, at the end of that month i get ebay fee's in euros, which gets transfered into pounds, and i end up loosing money in the exchange rates, which in turn **bleep** me off because i don't have a pot to **bleep** in.

This is the ONLY eBay Forum in spanish in entire world. Do you think that writing in your language here will make you receive a better answer?

Nobody really knows why eBay does what it does, it's a mystery ... Most times their decisions do not help their customers or benefit themselves. We do not know what is the complexity of transferring your account to the UK completely.

You have two options.

Or you make yourself a new eBay account.
Or you transfer Euros to your PayPal account so that the exchange rate is not the arbitrary one proposed by PayPal
