I would like to know why, upon receiving the item that I ordered, I had to pay a customs fee of 35.74 euros for when I placed my order I paid a international shipping and handling fee which was almost 70.00$? Would you please be so kind as to send me an explanation to my email address:

Cuando dices que has pagado envío y manipulación internacional. ¿Pagaste al vendedor o al Global Shipping Program? Si es al segundo deberás reclamar a la empresa que lo gestiona, Pitney Bowes.

I paid for this shipment through eBay which you should have it on records which means that I should not have to battle with the shipper but if you can give me a person to contact, let me know and I will give them a call.

A ver... ¿Pagaste al remitente directamente o hiciste dos pagos?

Si hiciste dos pagos, uno al vendedor y otro a Pitney Bowes es a estos a los que debes reclamar.

Si hiciste un solo pago al propio vendedor, los gastos de importación son responsabilidad tuya.

Por cierto, los pagos se hacen a través de PayPal. Ebay no tramita pagos o envíos.
