Today I'll tell you about my experience with this seller, who has a very well-established scam business.

The seller sells Funko products, most of which are original, and ships them, which is how he gets his 5 star ratings.

On the other hand, he sells Funkos that you can reserve and will arrive when they become available, and this is where his scam begins. These products will never arrive (at least the majority), and to prevent eBay from removing the products from his sale and to prevent users from complaining:
- He provides a false shipping number the first day so that eBay won't cancel the sale.
- He keeps putting you off until the return period is over, telling you it's not yet available, and since the seller has many positive reviews, you trust him.
- When you can no longer return the product, he tells you the reserve will never arrive and keeps putting you off selling you another replacement Funko.
- The replacement Funko never arrives, and when the 90-day period for leaving an eBay review has passed, they no longer respond.

I've reported their pre-order products many times, and eBay removes them, but the seller relists them.

Users like these, who sell most of their products correctly and then make extra money by scamming others, are **bleep**

They've already stolen my money; it's been more than 7 months since the purchase, and I haven't received a response from the seller. Has something similar happened to you? I keep all the evidence in my message history, but eBay ignores me, no longer gives me a warranty, and doesn't do anything for the user, since they continue to steal from other users. I know that according to eBay regulations I am no longer entitled to any refund or assistance, but I just ask that you please stop this user's scam. I know more similar stories; he has stolen from more people.

In the photos I sent, you can see that the user clearly says "The item will no longer arrive," but it's still for sale. It's ridiculous.

I just wanted to warn you and ask you to be careful. Never buy pre-order Funkos from this seller. He's a thief.
