E-Bay drawed 26.70 from my acount.

Hello, yes I tried, get in contact. But it was useless. Its about product number 11-11220-99989 about a product I ordered,but not heard nothing from . Ebay draw w6.70 from my bank account. Got 16.02 back. Should I have 26.70 back or what?
