Bought an item and found the same item selled by other users

I bought one quite expensive Lego set (400 euros) about three days ago by a seller from Japan with multiple positive reviews. The seller is been polite and sent the item on Monday, providing tracking, although it hasn’t moved from the starting point yet. This morning Ebay sent me an email offering the very same article (same pictures) from a different seller from Japan. The seller told me that other sellers are using his pictures without permission and that the package will arrive. What should I do?

Lo que comentas parece perfectamente normal, ya que si tu pedido ha sido enviado desde Japón puede taradar algunos días en llegar a España

Quisiéramos tranquilizarte, ya que tu compra está cubierta por el Programa de Garantía al Cliente, en el caso raro de no recibirla dentro de la fecha estimada de entrega indicada en los detalles del pedido.

Te recomendamos que revises tanto la fecha estimada de entrega de tu pedido, como el número de seguimiento proporcionado por el vendedor y recuerda que podrás recibir protección si abres un reclamo dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la fecha estimada de entrega indicada en los datos del pedido. Revisa este enlace con informaciones para poder abrir un reclamo por artículo no recibido.
