MUY LENTOS EN MANDAR LA MERCANCIA POR UTILIZAR DHL HE PEDIDO OTRA MERCANCIA EN MALAGA UN DIA DESPUES Y ME LLEGÓ MUCHO ANTES POR LA EMPRESA ENVIALIA A PARTIR DE AHORA CUANDO COMPRE POR INTERNET PROCURARE ANTES DE DE EFECTUAR LA COMPRA QUE NO SEA LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES DE DHL YA QUE LE LLAMAS Y NO COGE EL TELEFONO, POR ESO VOY A DESCARTAR A TODOS LOS VENDEDORES QUE REALICEN SUS PEDIDOS A TRAVES DE DHL

Compañero, Envialia tambien se las trae, esto es como todo, va por zonas, en mi zona DHL funciona de lujo, tienen gente competente y me llegan todos los envíos dentro de plazo. Con Envialia ya he tenido que realizar varias reclamaciones por su incompetencia en mi zona. Como te digo, esto va por barrios, y dependiendo de donde estés, así funcionan bién o mal.
