Dear sir/madam, I have ordered these items nearly 2 months ago and they still have not arrived. You apparently did send them, but I have received nothing at all. I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL TIMES, but I never receive any more answers - PLEASE HELP ME! I would either like you to send the items again or give me a full refund.

like said, this is a forum of users. If the seller is not answering, open a dispute in paypal, they can help you on this matter. Don't wait any longer!😉 They will ask the seller for delivery note and if none provided you will have your money back soon. To speed up the process, once dispute is opened, convert it in a reclaim.

Si ha comprado en ebay.es y no sabe nuestra lengua no veo porque no puede preguntar, cada pais tiene reglas distintas no todos los ebay.pais tienen politicas exactas.
