Change language but not country

Hello, is it possible to change the language WITHOUT changing the country? I am located in Spain but would like the language settings to be in English.
I would still like to keep the country as Spain so that I can filter search results to items located in Spain.

I couldn't find how to do that in the settings. The only option I see is to change the country, not the language.

Did you ever get a response to this language and country issue? I am in exactly the same situation as you. It's annoying that Ebay forces you to use the language it thinks you want.
