Hi I am new to ebay and on my first bid the seller is blocking me yet my bid is in place as the highest, if I am blocked how is this possibl

Hi I am new to ebay and on my first attempt at bidding my bid was (after some hours!) blocked yet my bid price is showing as the highest, could it be possible that I am bidding against the seller or have I missed something. cheers

As you have no previous selling/buying history the seller was probably scared of you 🙂 There are people who create fake accounts and bid with fraudulent intentions. So probably seller incorrectly assumed you were one of them. Maybe you can try to contact them and explain that you are a honest 0 feedback member, however you can just move on and bid in other auctions 🙂
