How can I contact Ebay Spain ... No phone number? No Chat? No Email?

I live in Spain for more than a year now, and buy a lot through Ebay.

My Spanish is fair enough, but my writting is not.

Where can I find help if:

1 The seller refuses to repair/replace in warrantee (he already has the item and now wants me to pay)

2 Sometimes Ebay links me back to pages on Ebay.it (I lived in Italy before) e.g. when I use the help on Ebay Spain.

Should I make a new account or can I use this one? For buying on .es, .it, .com etc. it does not give me any problem

Look up, in the  'Ayuda'  link. Then down, push on the button  'Contactar con Ebay' 

It's the same as Ebay in English ...

Each time I send a message that way I get redirected to the italian website of Ebay.

Try to delete all your cookies. Maybe some info has been stored into them.
If not, contact eBay, in whatever the language, and try to explain your problem. Maybe they have to scalate the problem to "some kind of technician" (if the do really have one).
eBay has not worked well from the start. It still is giving out my registering address to sellers, even when I have changed it years ago and is not selected in orders..., and I registered more than 10 years ago...

Don't worry, as ebay.it finally answered.
There is nothing they can do in these cases.
I should contact a lawyer to get my rights.

Very sad that people still can sell you rubbish without answering for it.
EBAY shoould act as a shop does, and protect our rights in these cases.
