I would like to purchase more products from The Herb and Spice Emporium but it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to contact them through eBay since I have no outstanding purchases and can not take the time to search for one of their listings.
1 - Why must I log in to eBay when I have opened the page for the Emporium and am already logged in?
2 - Why, when the page for the Emporium invites me to "Contact the seller", is it not possible to do so?
3 - Since I have contacted the seller before on eBay, why can't I resurrect the correspondence and add a new request? I can understand that the time should be limited but 90 days is not exactly generous for those of us who are happy with the supplier.
4 - Why can I not search for a specific supplier in eBay?
