that means that it has been deleted or the user is no longer register. Try to send a message to the seller asking him why, if you are told that it has been send then wait a little before opening a paypal case. If he doesn´t answer or is not register then go to paypal and open a paypal case you can still do it even if the item has been deleted from the purchase list
