Hi, yesterday I won an auction and I contacted the seller. He told me he didn't shipped internationally before so I need to pay the shipping. To cover that fee, I told him to relist the item and I buy it with the shipping fees (+-40$). But somebody made him a better offer and he don't want to sell me the item which I won in the auction. Is any way to claim that? Please I need help, that was a present for my best friend who has been just diagnosed with his second cancer... Please help, thanks.
