Problemas en la cantidad de productos Recibidos

Hola Amigos, gusto saludarlos.

Ojala me puedan ayudar, tengo un problema con una empresa donde compre 3 repuestos para una maquina

y solo me despacharon 1 , los productos los envio a mi casilla de compras en MIAMI para luego los envien a mi pais.

Cuando me doy cuenta de que solo venia uno de los 3 repuestos , abro un caso por devolucion de dinero, como es primera vez que me pasa

pedi el reintegro completo por lo que el vendedor me pide que le envie el producto que compre para hacer la devolucion

El problema es que el producto lo necesito y ya esta en uso, solo quiero que me devuelvan el dinero por los 2 restantes o me los envie nuevamente

pero el vendedor no responde mis mensajes, solo emitio la orden de devolucion pero yo la cancele pues no es lo que quiero realmente.

Alguna experiencia o ayuda que me puedan entregar,

But the seller does not respond to my messages, he only issued the return order but I canceled it because it is not what I really want.
