Hi all,
I recently requested a reimburshment because an article I bought didn't arrive. The claim states the vendor has returned the money to the original purchase method, which is supposed to be paypal, but I cannot see the money in my paypal account. The truth is I used a voucher to pay the article and I do not know who to claim, shall I contact Paypal or eBay? Has this happened to any of you guys? How did you solve it? Many thanks in advance for your help
