DELIVERY FROM Germany to Spain.
What do I do if DHL tried twice to deliver my parcel but they or my supplier did not text me of the del.date.. (I believe they make three attempts?
The only info I did receive was from the supplier, several saying it was in transit , and the E mailed me today informing me with dates DHL tried twice to deliver.
Should the supplier have given them my two tel numbers.
I telephoned the supplier PRINT - KLEX & CO today and was connected but the line had no ringing tone. no choice to choose an english operator, either.
I have been waiting in for a week now.
just had an e mail message back from supplier. They do not exept international calls. !!!!!!
This is so aukward. where is the connection from supplier, Delivery company and myself. Its hard work this.
Can anyone help, please. Desperate. I need to send off an important document urgently.
