Hello, I'd like to know what to do in this case. This is my first eBay purchase. It's been more than 10 business days and the seller hasn't sent the product.

I tried to cancel the order, but the seller hasn't agreed to cancel it.

What should I do in this case? Should I wait or generate a ticket?
I don't want to have a bad experience.
