Hello, a year ago I purchased an item, and after many months and correspondence via email, I was informed that the order I placed was never shipped.

I spoke with the seller repeatedly and explained the situation to him. The purchase never left Germany, and he told me he would look into it but did not offer a solution. Is there any way to get my money back? It has already been a year.
