The fraud was identified upon technical inspection after the package arrived via international courier to my home country. The seller, is now refusing to cooperate and is using the international shipping delay as an excuse to avoid responsibility for sending an overpriced, obsolete model. I am not asking for a full return because I have already invested in a case and a band, but I demand a partial refund of $20 to reflect the actual market value of the SE 1st Gen I received.
