I am writing to report a fraudulent transaction by a seller regarding order 10-14019-00623. I purchased what was advertised as an Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen 40mm, but instead, I received an older Apple Watch SE 1st Gen 44mm (Model A2351). The evidence is undeniable: the watch has a ceramic back which is exclusive to the 1st Gen model, and the battery health matches the listing perfectly, proving it is the same device the seller shipped. The fraud was identified upon technical inspection after the package arrived via international courier to my home country. The seller, is now refusing to cooperate and is using the international shipping delay as an excuse to avoid responsibility for sending an overpriced, obsolete model. I am not asking for a full return because I have already invested in a case and a band, but I demand a partial refund of $20 to reflect the actual market value of the SE 1st Gen I received. I have provided photo evidence of the Model A2351 and the serial number G9CGNKQ9QXXX to prove that the item delivered does not match the description provided
