How do i report a possible scam

Have purchased an item but do not have confidece in the seller . They do not answer my messages , purchased item 8 days ago but it still has not been sent . Expected delivery date is two months most items arrive in Spain from the UK in two weeks

Like here, on eBay UK you have to wait for the estimated final delivery date to open a report an item that hasn't arrived
