Hoy después de la segunda queja en atención al cliente de Ebay, les he puesto este correo a PBISGSPCS@pb.com y después se lo he reenviado a Ebay España. No creo que sirva de mucho pero si nos quejamos todos a Ebay, con un poco de suerte nos los acabaremos cargando.

I'm writing you for complaining about your shipping service for the Item#16*********99. I've got your address from Ebay SR# 1-54*************01.

It is by far, the worst shipping service I've got in my whole trajectory in Ebay (208+ purchases during 13 years).

I have bought from Singapore to Hawai, from Finland to Greece, including Russia, US, most of Europe etc.

The article was marked as sent on September the 8th. Since then
(10 days), it has covered 200 miles so it means at a speed of 20 miles per day!!!!!

Since then, I have bought:
- An article in Seoul that I received on Monday
- An article in California that I received on Monday
- An article in the UK that I received on Wednesday
- An article in France that I received on Tuesday
- An article in the UK that I received on Tuesday (sent on the 12th!!!!)
- An article in Massachusetts
(sent on the 12th from the US!!!!)

All of them with the cheapest option available. In the case of the UK, with Royal post!!!! And you're slower.

Even more, when I already saw the article stopped at Alfreton, I contacted Ebay for highlighting that it was stopped.

 

ON SEPTEMBER THE 14TH (6 days after it was sent) I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY ARTICLE HAD BEEN RECEIVED IN THE U.S. GLOBAL CENTER!!!!!!!!! It is coming from the UK to Spain!!!

You provided on the 14th the information about SEUR tracking. Today, three days later, SEUR says that you have not provided the article.

Sincerely, I cannot imagine how it can be done worse, but I'm sure you'll find the way.

Anyway, I do hope that my complaint to Ebay (together with the rest of upset customers I've seen reporting your slowness) will lead to the cancellation of your business relationship.
