Hello. I have a problem that no one seems to be able to solve. The last time I used my main account was on October 5th. Since then, I haven’t been able to log in, and I always see the message 'We couldn't find this eBay account.' I’ve tried to reset my password, but I can’t do that because the system can't find my username. I’ve been trying to contact customer support, but I can't because I need to log in to my account first.
