I have an item that arrived broken, i contacted the seller for a refund and he avoid it, i open a case with ebay and the he accepted, but never sent the shipping label or his address, it is imposible to contact ebay help, they do not solve this and the seller do not response anymore. I am out of States and also tried to call ebay customer service but it is an automated voice, it did not help.
