The buyer has already received the order and has even confirmed their satisfaction with the product in the comments. However, there seems to be a problem with the eBay tracking that was never updated, and the money is still being withheld.

I understand that if there's no confirmation from the buyer, the money would still be held, but even with that confirmation and positive comment, I won't be given a solution until the shipping company resolves the issue. And if the shipping company never resolves anything? Will the funds always remain held?
