Hello!!! I was scammed by EBAY and no one is answering me. Anyone knows where I can speak to a person in ebay? I sold an iPhone and the buyer says it was not unlocked so I asked him to return it. he asked me for the money back which I aged him and he never returned my iPhone. He is a thief. An eBay is not helping me. Anyone knows where I can complain and be helped?
