I bought one quite expensive Lego set (400 euros) about three days ago by a seller from Japan with multiple positive reviews.  The seller is been polite and sent the item on Monday, providing tracking, although it hasn’t moved from the starting point yet.  This morning Ebay sent me an email offering the very same article (same pictures) from a different seller from Japan.  The seller told me that other sellers are using his pictures without permission and that the package will arrive.  What should I do?
