There are many thieves and scammers on Ebay. Place images of items (banknotes or coins) and in the end they send you different items and all this depends on Ebay's view and patience. What Ebay has to do is eliminate all those accounts of scammers and scoundrels, but since they also live off sales commissions, I think these scoundrels will continue doing their thing.
