I purchased 10 IKEA wall brackets on June 8, 2024, on eBay.es. I received a confirmation email from eBay along with regular tracking notifications. My credit card account was also debited. However, the item did not arrive. When I checked my eBay purchase history, I couldn't find the item listed. Additionally, when I clicked on the tracking link in the emails I received from eBay, it indicated that there was a problem with this item. Despite this, I have no way to report the issue or request a refund because the item is not appearing in my purchase history, and entering the order number yields no results. Where can I get support with this?
