Hello, today I want to create an account in eBay and I got some problem. Firstly I used my English name and the account was registered in America. I have no idea why this happened. So I had a second try, I am a Chinese who live in Spain now. I searched on the net and I noticed I need to register in Hongkong, but after registration my account connected to the first one and I could not go on.
